Recent vital structural and functional transformations in the national science resulted decreasing of social significance country’s scientific potential. Analysis statistic data demonstrates noticeable decline human resources potential reduction number research organizations. Moreover, government funding becomes main driving force for development Russia, role Russian business other sources is secondary importance. The situation lack particular caused such negative tendencies as slowing down innovative country, outflow qualified resources, lower quality its efficiency. Due to low speed developing advanced mechanic engineering lagging behind new technologies which proves that this sphere applied unsatisfactory condition. Applied two directions: directive natural science. first option presupposes influenced mainly by external factors material production needs state economic society. second direction based on determining internal logics continuity ideas between old knowledge. Natural way (technological) not explored properly; support schools obviously insufficient. It results their gradual degradation with rare exceptions. This can also happen a trend technology – additive manufacturing products from metals alloys. If knowledge generated purchasing foreign equipment inevitable, quickly obsolete both morally physically.
